Asbestos Removal in Surrey

While asbestos was completely banned in the UK in 1999 countless homes nationwide were left with legacy asbestos products lurking in their walls, ceilings, kitchens and elsewhere. Identifying and removing these legacy hazards has been an ongoing effort spearheaded by companies like Asbestos Gone.

We provide expert asbestos removal in Surrey that enables home and business owners to breathe easier. Every member of the Asbestos Gone team is trained to British Occupational Hygiene Society (BOHS) safety standards, accredited with CITB’s Site Management Safety Training Scheme and always adheres to best practices.

If your home or business was built in the mid-to-late 20th century there is a good chance it contains legacy asbestos products. It is important to understand that, like everything else, these products break down as they age. When that happens asbestos fibres become airborne and anyone inhaling these fibres is exposing themselves to the risk of severe illness, including mesothelioma, a type of lung cancer.

Having Asbestos Gone perform asbestos removal in Surrey for your home or business can eliminate this lingering threat.

The threat posed by legacy asbestos products like insulation, roofing, countertops and more is real and must be addressed in a determined fashion. Attempting to remove asbestos on your own will only magnify the threat and place you directly in harm’s way. Don’t do it. Call Asbestos Gone instead.
