Asbestos Survey in Oxted

Asbestos was widely used in construction for decades, but we now know the serious health risks that come with it—especially if the material is disturbed. Inhaling asbestos fibers can lead to long-term lung diseases, which is why it’s so important to have your property checked if it’s an older building. You may not be able to see or smell asbestos, but that doesn’t mean it’s not there. That’s why having a professional asbestos survey makes sense. We thoroughly inspect your building to identify any ACMs, providing you with a detailed report on what we find and our recommended next steps.

At Asbestos Gone, we keep things simple. We offer two types of asbestos surveys, depending on your needs: Management Surveys: Perfect for properties where you just need to check if asbestos is present during everyday use or routine maintenance. We locate any ACMs and help you manage them safely. Refurbishment & Demolition Surveys: If you’re planning any major work on your building, this is the survey for you. We’ll inspect areas that will be affected by construction to ensure asbestos isn’t disturbed during the process. Once we’ve completed the survey, you’ll receive a full report detailing the location and condition of any asbestos found, as well as our professional recommendations for managing or removing it.
