Who Should Conduct An Asbestos Refurbishment Survey?

An asbestos refurbishment survey should only be carried out by competent and accredited asbestos surveyors, such as Asbestos Gone. These professionals have the necessary training, expertise, and equipment to accurately identify and assess ACMs in a building. Hiring a licensed asbestos removal company that employs qualified surveyors ensures compliance with regulations and adherence to best practices.

What Does An Asbestos Refurbishment Survey Involve?

During an this procedure, the surveyors will conduct a thorough inspection of the building or area earmarked for refurbishment or demolition. They will carefully examine all accessible areas, taking samples of suspected materials for laboratory analysis. The survey report will provide details on the location, type, and condition of any identified ACMs.

What Are The Outcomes Of An Asbestos Refurbishment Survey?

The outcomes of these surveys will be documented in a comprehensive report. The report will identify all identified ACMs, their location, condition, and extent. It may also include risk assessments and recommendations for safe removal or management of the asbestos. The information provided in the report enables refurbishment or demolition contractors to plan their work safely, ensuring the necessary precautions are taken to protect workers, occupants, and the environment.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Brilliant company to deal with. Very reasonable prices. The two workers that did my work are the best I have ever dealt with. They worked non stop for 3 days in very hot temperatures and not one complaint. They remained upbeat throughout. When the work was completed they tidied up and swept the site. Highly highly recommended.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great service! Me and my partner are buying a 1960s property and wanted some testing doing before we finalise the deal. Asbestos gone was round within a couple of days of me calling (Friday) had the results back on the Tuesday. Really happy with the speedy and professional service I received, they also gave me a quote for the removal that needs doing so will be using them when we move in 👍
